What is Ace Mobile Hoops LLC?
Ace Mobile Hoops is a mobile basketball shooting experience on wheels that brings the excitement for ALL ages to your event. We set up and break down everything so you and your guests can focus on having fun!
When is the best time to reserve Ace Mobile Hoops for my party or event?
You should plan on reserving the necessary equipment as early as possible. Minimum five days before your event date. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee availability.
What type of events do you serve?
Birthday parties, corporate events, school functions, festivals, family reunions, community events, church events, fundraisers, team building activities, pretty much anywhere you want you the shooting experience outside.
How much space is needed?
We typically require a flat area generally 20 ft by 20 ft to set up the trailer. Driveways and parking lots work great for space. The trailer does fit in normal size parking spaces for convenience.
what payments are accepted? Is there a deposit?
We accept cash app, Stripe, and all major credit cards. You may also prepay at anytime. A $50 deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit will be applied toward the total price of your package selected. The remaining balance is due one week before the event scheduled.
What areas of Charlotte do you provide service to?
We provide services within Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding areas. To find out if we provide service to your specific location, please contact us in advance before booking.
What time do you deliver and Pick up equipment for an event?
We aim to arrive 30-45 minutes before time of booking for proper set up and placement of trailer. We will arrive 30 minutes before end time for proper breakdown of trailer and equipment.
Does someone have to be present for delivery and breakdown?
We strongly recommend that you or a representative be present at the time of delivery and break down to ensure that your items get delivered to the correct location, answer any questions and proper placement of the trailer.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If your event needs to be canceled or rescheduled prior to delivery due to inclement weather, we will gladly reschedule your event up to 2 months from your initial event date upon availability.
We will need one week in advance for rescheduling other than inclement weather for no additional fee or penalty.
Any cancellation less than one week in advance other than inclement weather, only 50% of the total price will be refunded if already paid.
What is the penalty for damage of the trailer or equipment?
There will be a damage fee between $50-$200 applied if there is any damage to the trailer or lost equipment. We will provide a walk through upon set up to verify everything is in place and there are no questions or concerns prior to.
